I’m training for the Marine Corps Marathon (t-37 days) and one essential part of training/finishing a long race is the fuel you put in your body. So, I’m going to be more mindful of my food choices and focus more on healthy eating as I ramp up my distance training.
My weight-loss goal is 15 lbs which over the course of a month is doable with 3-4 lbs/week.
